Our Team

Bruno leads research and development at the intersection of finance, cryptography, and frontier computing at Inter. He has built and led high-impact engineering and research teams across financial services, data infrastructure, and distributed systems.

At Inter Science, he drives the applied research agenda across blockchain, post-quantum cryptography, and AI — with a focus on real-world applications in the Brazilian and global financial ecosystem, including work on DREX and quantum-safe infrastructure.

He holds an MSc in Web Services, Distributed Data, and Data Mining from UFMG, and a BSc in Computer Science from UFOP, where he graduated with honors. He is also an active contributor to the Web3 and fintech communities.

Diego is a Senior Research Specialist at Inter Science, part of a multidisciplinary applied science team focused on AI and quantum computing.

With a PhD in Physics from UFMG, his expertise bridges theoretical rigor and industrial application. He specializes in quantum algorithms for financial use cases — including fraud detection and portfolio optimization — as well as evolutionary coding agents. Previously, he worked as a Senior Data Engineer Consultant at EY.

His research contributions span quantum correlations, entanglement spectrum analysis, and coherence in many-body systems, alongside applied work on QAOA and tensor network techniques for near-term quantum hardware.

Guilherme is a Research Engineer at Inter Science, working on applied research for agentic payments and the systems that support the team’s research workflow.

His work connects LLM-based prototypes with backend software engineering, helping translate emerging-technology ideas into reliable, maintainable tooling for the lab.

He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from UFOP.

Henrique is a Machine Learning Research Scientist at Inter Science. His research interests include natural language processing, representation learning, and agentic systems.

He leads the end-to-end lifecycle of large foundation models for financial applications: from data preprocessing and distributed pre-training to fine-tuning and evaluation. He is also the creator and lead developer of CodeEvolve, an open-source framework that coordinates LLMs to develop, optimize, and maintain critical software.

He holds an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science from UFMG, with prior research in algebraic graph theory, graph neural networks, and NLP.

Leandro is a Senior Research Specialist at Inter Science, working at the intersection of high-performance computing, numerical software, and AI research.

His technical interests center on GPU math libraries, floating-point computation, and performance-oriented implementations of mathematical functions. He contributes to open-source projects including LLVM, Mojo, and TensorFlow, alongside his research in the financial domain.

He is based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
